Timely Careers

This Workshop will invite you to explore how to become more confident and resilient to “selling yourself as a Brand” to potential employers/stakeholders, etc. This is not a typical “how to market yourself” Workshop. The facilitator, Leah McStravick, Director, Full Circle Management Solutions Ltd will show you how to deepen your own understanding of your EIQ (Emotional Intelligence) and how the continuous development of this will help to shape your own personal style and signature presence further. This results in you standing out from the crowd. This workshop involves self-reflection, co-coaching and requires a degree of openness and the ability to be honest with yourself. You will leave with a shift in your thinking and a motivation for whom you want to be.

In this webinar we offer additional support for front line workers who support households from practical tips and advice on energy efficiency and food poverty to keeping mentally healthy throughout the winter months. Cost of heating a home in NI rose by 70% in October, MLAs told - and will be locked in for the rest of this winter https://www.belfastlive.co.uk/news/belfast-news/cost-heating-home-ni-ro…

Thirtyone:eight is an independent Christian safeguarding organisation which helps individuals, organisations, charities, faith and community groups to protect vulnerable people from abuse. Our vision is a world where every child and adult can feel, and be, safe. It’s a big vision, but it’s what drives us because we believe that when a person or organisation shares this vision, transformation takes place, safer places are created and people’s lives are impacted for the better.
