Royal Mail announced today (Tuesday 28 April 2020) that from 2 May it will reduce its service delivery by removing letter deliveries on Saturdays. Tracked parcels and Special Delivery items and most parcel will still be delivered on Saturdays.

This course is designed for anyone working directly in a client facing role and whose job role often requires that they work alone, visit clients, or deal with clients on the telephone.
Feeling safe and well doesn’t just extend to face-to-face work with clients, it includes telephone interactions with them as well. This practical, interactive and engaging workshop style training is designed to equip participants with thought provoking awareness raising tools and processes to improve their personal safety on the job, either on or off site.
Working alone with the public doesn’t have to mean taking risks. Feeling safe and well doesn’t just extend to face-to-face work with the public, it includes telephone /online interactions, travel and other scenarios.
Conquer the castle on Sunday 3rd December and abseil in your best Christmas jumper or Santa suit this Christmas. This challenge will see abseilers descend 100 feet down the side of Belfast Castle’s Tower whilst taking in the spectacular views across the city.

The uncertain future of disability employment services in Northern Ireland, currently funded through the ESF has reached a critical cliff edge, sectors leaders, officials and elected representatives heard during an event in Stormont on Tuesday (27/9/22).
Radius Housing is holding a public event to find out the views of the local community and community organisations on plans for a potential new community facility within the Blacks Gate housing development.
