The Consumer Council is warning consumers in Northern Ireland to stay safe from parcel delivery scams during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the upcoming Christmas shopping period.
The Consumer Council has launched ParcelPal NI, a new one-stop shop to help consumers find their nearest local shop where they can send parcels and collect online shopping.
