These workshops are held by Advice NI’s Quality Assurance Co-ordinator and are an excellent method of support for Quality Assessors within member organisations, who have either achieved, or are working towards the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard (NIAQS). The workshops will provide a practical, hands on approach to completing Advice Audits within a supportive environment of Peer Assessors. With the guidance of the Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, participants will be taken through a step by step approach to auditing quality of advice, enabling them to achieve a standardised level of Auditing for their individual organisations.
