Habits and behaviours can be hard to change, but they can have a huge impact on how much a household spends on energy. Energy advisers need to be able to provide guidance around habits and behaviours when talking to householders. The course will look at of some of the theories and findings in the field of decision making, focusing specifically on simple practical things they can do to encourage people to act on the energy-related advice they receive.

This 2-hour online training course is designed to assist employers in developing safe, fair, and consistent recruitment practices and better understand what having a conviction means when it comes to employment. It will help them to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, assess risks, dispel myths concerning people with convictions, and enable employers to make informed decisions when deciding whether to employ people with convictions. 

Employers are often concerned about employing people with convictions. NIACRO has developed this CPD Certified training to help employers understand the law and feel more confident to make informed decisions when deciding whether to employ people with convictions. It will be of interest to Managers, Trustees, employers, HR Officers, and anyone involved in employee recruitment processes.

HABC Level 2 Award in Food Allergen Awareness and Control in Catering (RQF)

This programme has been created for those who would like to add teaching to their personal portfolio of skills, or who are already teaching, but need a teaching qualification.   Participants will achieve certification for Level 3 Award in Education and Training.  Successfully completing his qualification may enable you to deliver internal, mandatory training, such as manual handling, removing the need to buy in external trainers.
