Right to Succeed is a young, fast growing charity making the transition from start-up to a sustainable, impactful organisation. It was founded in March 2015, with a mission to develop, pilot and scale collective solutions to educational inequality, overcoming the effects of the disadvantage factor in education. The charity recently joined forces with the Oxford Youth Lab, a social lab that shares its commitment to working at grass-root levels, to help those from different disciplines to define and deliver solutions to complex problems facing young people.

Hi I'm Robert. I work as an integrative counsellor and have been in practice for four years. I work with the whole person in a person-centered way, using elements of psychodynamic or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) depending on the client's presenting issue or need. All my work is treated in the strictest confidence and aligned to the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) ethical framework. I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Professional Development in Counselling.

This course is for those working internationally and is based on the findings of our recent research into international Christian work. It will help you to understand your safeguarding responsibilities and improve safeguarding practice in your own context. This course is ideal for those who may oversee partnership relationships with organisations overseas, recruit and equip individuals to undertake mission trips to overseas partner projects, or for individuals undertaking mission trips themselves. We will explore the complexities and challenges of safeguarding in an international context and look at how to equip individuals effectively as well as how to build capacity.
