Our aims are to create a positive image of Russian speaking countries currently represented within NI and ensure our values and traditions are maintained for future generations

Our community is non-profit organisation established in 2013. The community promotes cultural respect and inclusion among Russian- speaking peoples from ex-Soviet Union countries who currently reside in the local community. Presently it includes people from the following countries: Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. Our organisation aspires to the values of diversity, tolerance,  mutual respect and  appreciation of differences. Our group  encourages sharing the  wealthy cultural heritage and traditions of Russian speaking nations with the help of many public events.

Today the community organises many public events and festivals. It attracts funding from Belfast City Council and other local authorities. As a result of our community efforts many local families and children play an active part in all our social, cultural and educational activities. The community is young, active and fast growing thanks to support from local authorities.
