How can Intergenerational Schools help you?

We recognise that one of the main barriers, challenges and cause of anxiety for many parents, and prospective parents, is the cost of childcare when returning to work. With this in mind, we are bringing you this online event which is specifically aimed at parents considering or planning a return to work, as well as prospective parents. It will look at financial support for working parents and focus on the key barrier to returning to work – childcare costs.

This course is the ideal starter for those who are working with clients impacted by the social security benefits system; for those who wish to obtain a basic knowledge to enable them to signpost and support their clients in an informed way as they attempt to navigate a complex and changing system.

This one day course will familiarise you with the structure of the current benefits system in Northern Ireland, categories of benefits and the basic principles of disputing a benefit decision.

This award-winning training course provides participants with an understanding of the procurement and commissioning process. The course covers a range of issues including understanding public procurement, organisational readiness, identifying and responding to tender opportunities, the tender process, selection criteria and the scoring process.

SUSE+ team will be attending Fintona library to assist people who are unemployed, economically inactive or part-time employed job search or update their CV with a view to securing sustainable employment or increase working hours.
