Facilitation Basics Workshop [Online]

New Directions Facilitation
We will 'Plan for Real' by looking at the process we need to go through - from meeting set-up, venue location/choice, times & dates, room set-up, Facilitation Approach used, additional resources required, barriers and supports towards participation, feedback, follow-up and more. Whether you have had prior experience of facilitating meetings/sessions/workshops or you would like to become more involved then this Basic Introduction will support you in developing your approach, practice and experience. If you want to cultivate a more inclusive, participatory and effective culture for working with groups then getting the Basics right is essential.
Participating in this event requires some criteria are met by you, which includes access to a laptop/PC/tablet (mobile phones will not be suitable), Zoom video software and a space from which you can participate without being disturbed.
