It's Foster Care Fortnight! Come along and meet the team and some of our foster carers and adopters at our office in Belfast. There's nothing like meeting people who have been through the process already - and this is a great chance to pop in, ask questions and get a sense of how we might support you on your journey.

We need foster carers and adopters from all walks of life so that when a child comes to our service, we can find the right family for them. Could it be you?

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is an essential introduction and license for those who work or wish to work as teachers or trainers in further or adult education and work-based learning. It is an ideal qualification for those who have no previous teaching experience or qualifications, as well as those who are already working in the education sector and would like to gain an officially recognised qualification.

Does your community want to have more of a say on policy that affects your local area?

Do you ever think you're not good enough? Do you have a sense of inadequacy, insecurity and self-doubt? Do you feel uncomfortable when people praise you and do you constantly play down your strengths? Do you worry that you're going to be found out?  If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you may be suffering from imposter syndrome. This zoom workshop provides you an understanding of  imposter syndrome, measures your personal level of imposter syndrome, how and why this impacts on us in the workplace and what you can do to overcome it. Participants will explore and discuss practices to help develop positive professional and personal confidence.
