This course will help you to recognise and enhance the presentation and delivery skills that you already possess, as well as develop new skills in this area.

This course is designed for advisers who are required to meet the Northern Ireland Quality Standard, or student advisers working primarily in this area. As per the Northern Ireland Quality Standard all advisers should be able to provide generalist advice in relation to Employment.

This course will fully equip advisers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully and professionally represent their clients at the first Tier Social Security Tribunal.

This fully interactive, multimedia course will train advisers in the key skills required to support clients digitally in preparing for, making and maintaining a Universal Credit account.

This generalist level course is accredited with OCNNI at Level 3. It will help you understand the basic principles of money advice; explore the nature and extent of a debt problem and how to check your client’s liability. This course (or equivalent) is a prerequisite for attending other Wiseradviser courses.

This course provides an opportunity to explore key factors to promote good practice in dealing with debt cases which includes case management, referrals and quality frameworks, including support and supervision. Wiseradviser courses are appropriate to anyone currently working with vulnerable clients facing financial difficulties.
