This course is designed for advisers who are required to meet the Northern Ireland Quality Standard, or student advisers working primarily in this area.
As per the Northern Ireland Quality Standard all advisers should be able to provide generalist advice in relation to Employment.
This one day course will provide an overview of;
• Legislation
• Types of Employment
• Contracts
• Statutory Rights
• Disciplinary Procedures
• Grievance procedures.
