AWARE is delighted to offer a series of free online ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ sessions in partnership with the Community Foundation Northern Ireland and the Bank of Ireland. We are running ten sessions a week for twelve weeks, starting on Monday, 11th May 2020. You can join as little or as many sessions as you like!
