Our iconic Glow Walk is back this year on Saturday 4th November at Stormont Estate, and we are inviting families to dress up in your brightest gear, get your glow sticks at the ready and take part in our sponsored night time walk. This exciting family event includes a walk up the iconic Prince of Wales Avenue and a fun dance warm-up by Fitness Freddy! You can register early! It is FREE to sign up and we are asking each family to raise a minimum £75 donation to help support our vital autism services across Northern Ireland. This event is sponsored by Trampolines Ireland.

Kids 1K Inflatable Mudmayhem Go Nuts @Forest fitness Kids 1K Mudmayhem Event with an array of obstacles including inflatables, great fun and all the Muck you can handle. Must be 5 to 16 years, information is on the Forest Fitness facebook page and www.forestfitnessni.com website. EFS and Belfast Activity Centre are in partnership with Forest Fitness NI to deliver this event. And this will be the first of a Tri series of Mud run Events.
