Damask Community Outreach is a Charity formed in 2011 to support the community in its north Lisburn locality around the Low Road through providing a range of services for children, families, the youth and senior citizens. It is well known for providing an independent free advice and counselling service as well as Mother's and Toddlers, after-school youth activities, befriending and a range of senior citizen activities.

If you or someone you know is living with sight and hearing loss, we’re here to help. We are here every step of the way to reassure, advise or just to be someone to turn to if there is no one else. We provide practical help, emotional support, help with technology, information, advice and even holidays to anyone who needs it.

Dementia Friendly East Belfast is a voluntary campaign to make East Belfast a friendlier place for people living with dementia, their families and friends, and older people. The campaign includes groups such as the Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia NI, businesses, church groups and people living with dementia. The campaign is supported by Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, the Public Health Agency, and it is actively engaged with a number of facilities that support people living with dementia such as Mullen Mews and Syndenham Court.
