Job details:
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Salary: £13.65 per hour
- Contract: Fixed term – 3 months
Job Background:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently. The Data Entry Administrator will work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity and smooth operational processes.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics
- NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent
- OCR Level 2 Certificate for IT users
- OCR Level 2 National Certificate
- BTEC Level 2 National Certificate
- 1 year experience of working in an Administration and / or Data Administration role
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of creating statistical reports
- Proficient in accessing and using relevant software
- Experience of updating and maintaining spreadsheets and Databases
- Experience of data entry and data management
