Bangor Shared Space (BSS) is body of local people who are dedicated to taking forward a project that seeks to revitalize Bangor Courthouse as a multi-purposed facility that draws people together through Arts, Culture and Heritage.

The group was formed by native Ulster-Scots speakers to promote and encourage the everyday use of the language. The aim being to reduce the stigma surrounding the language; and furthermore, to educate people about the significance and influence of it.
