Carrickfergus Community Forum

Dove House was established in Derry City more than 30 years ago. From its base at Meenan Square in the Bogside, Dove House has been bringing a wide range of community services to the local Bogside and Brandywell community and through outreach to people of the wider Derry City and Strabane Council area.

The Falls Women’s Centre was established in 1982 in West Belfast by local women, to improve the quality of life for women and their families living in areas of extreme deprivation and most affected by the conflict.

The Women's Centre is a feminist community education initiative. We provide a broad range of education and training, employability and back to work programmes. . The Centre has an on site creche to provide access for women who have babies in the 8wks - 4

Beat is Northern Ireland’s Carnival Arts company.

We believe that people are inately co-operative and that both society and business benefit from co-operation. Our work with policy makers, business leaders and the public is designed to stress the value of co-operation to the UK.

Abaana is a Christian charity working for the benefit of less privileged children in Africa. We have a charity shop in High Street, Bangor and our office runs from above the shop.

Youth Provision

Family Mediation is voluntary and nobody can be compelled to take part against his or her will. It is often very helpful in enabling people to reach their own negotiated settlements.

The Rainbow Project is a health organisation that works to improve the physical, mental & emotional health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender people in Northern Ireland.

Samaritans provide confidential emotional support by telephone, email, face-to-face, text message and letter. We work with other organistions to raise awareness of emotional health, reach out to at risk groups and engage with policy makers.

Victim support and mediation.

The Welcome Organisation delivers a range of support services to people who are homeless or vulnerable and at risk of homelessness - services include a Drop-in Centre, Day and Night Street Outreach services and Crisis accommodation for vulnerable females.
