We work with local individuals and families to support and enable people to improve their health and well being. SDFHI works to encourage people to learn new skills and knowledge and develop confidence through action. We work to make connections for and between individuals and groups on community development and health issues.
How do we do this?
We work at the heart of the family and the community, on a range of opportunities, services and programmes. We also provide representation and strategic focus to statutory and community partnerships concerned with community development, health and well being.
