Are you passionate about preparing young people for the world of work? Do you want to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic business and education environment? If so, Business in the Community has the perfect role for you!

For the past eight years, we have partnered with Barclays to deliver the LifeSkills programme to schools and colleges in Northern Ireland. Now, we're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a LifeSkills Facilitator.

About the Role: As a LifeSkills Facilitator, you will:

  • Prepare, facilitate, and deliver engaging LifeSkills workshops to primary and post-primary school students.
  • Work primarily in schools and colleges across greater Belfast, with occasional travel across Northern Ireland.
  • Bring your knowledge of the Northern Ireland education system and your experience working in the education sector to inspire and educate young people.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent facilitation skills and a track record of working with schools and/or colleges.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, highly engaged and self-motivated.

What We Offer:

  • A term-time position based in Belfast, working a 4-day week.
  • Competitive salary of £30K per annum pro rata; plus benefits including pension, cash back health scheme, parking, and paid holidays (health scheme available after a successful 6-month probation period).
