About the Role

Bolster Community, in partnership with St Paul’s High School, Bessbrook, is delivering an innovative programme supporting young people with intellectual disabilities in transitioning from school to apprenticeships. We are seeking an Employability Tutor to provide employability training, personal development support, and coordinate work experience placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver employability workshops on CV writing, interviews, and workplace skills
  • Provide mentoring to build confidence and resilience
  • Coordinate meaningful work experience opportunities with local employers
  • Engage with families to ensure holistic support
  • Support learners in completing OCN-accredited qualifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience working with young people with intellectual disabilities
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of employability training and inclusive workplace practices
  • Ability to build relationships with employers and educational partners

📌 Pre-employment checks, including an Access NI check, will be required.
