The Transformative Leadership Programme is aimed at people living and working in interface areas in Belfast. Whether you’re a local resident, a local politician or working for a public service in the community, you can join the programme.

The Transformative Leadership Programme is a free ILM Level 3 accredited leadership training programme, open to anyone aged 18 and over, living or working in North Belfast.

This session is designed to develop the knowledge and skills required to manage a workforce in flexible locations and with increased autonomy.

This qualification is ideal if you are a new, or aspiring, manager without formal training or have management responsibilities but no qualifications that reflect your experience. If you are currently managing staff, and are interested in developing your abilities and confidence, this is the course for you.

Would you like to improve how you manage your volunteers? Would you like advice on developing volunteer agreements as well as how to support and motivate volunteers? We have adapted this programme to deliver it to you online. It has been designed specifically for our sector by NICVA and Volunteer Now and provides you with a recognised ILM qualification.

NICVA is delighted to be offering this new programme online for 2021, designed to address and acknowledge a changing third sector environment. It offers participants resources they can access when convenient with opportunities to discuss the topics and exchange ideas with their peers in online live sessions.
