Through its helpline Rural Support can offer emotional support to farmers and their families during this difficult time. You will speak to someone with an understanding of the pressures of farming who is there to listen and provide you with further information as well as help you to get through to the most appropriate support agencies.
We are based at Loughry College, Cookstown but can help across the province.
