The NSPCC's Childline service is a safe place where children and young people can talk about things like family problems, bullying, abuse, self-harm and depression. Whether it's something big or small, our trained counsellors are here to offer a listening ear.
How to access this support
Children and young people under 19 can get support online at childline.org.uk or via message boards at bit.ly/2wCTvgP, or call free on 0800 1111 between 9am and midnight. Calls are confidential and won’t appear on a phone bill.
