Help offered
We recognise the strain that the new social distancing measures will place on the mental health of many, and we want to continue to be a source of support to those who need it. Therefore, we are taking steps to adapt our support services in line with the current social restrictions. Our Support Line is available to anyone who is struggling to access support and information. The support line will operate Monday to Friday 11-3pm.
