GLEN PARENT YOUTH GROUP WAS FOUNDED IN 1985 TO ADDRESS INCREASING PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH ANTI COMMUNITY BEHAVIOUR IN THE LENADOON AREA. FROM INITIALLY WORKING AS VOLUNTEERS THE GROUP NOW DELIVER SERVICES / ACTIVITIES OVER 60 HRS A WEEK.

A registered charity, Angel Eyes NI provides expert, practical, and emotional care and support to children and young people with a visual impairment and their families throughout Northern Ireland. We work hard to ensure their voice is heard at statutory and government level to help shape services to meet their needs and improve their lives.

Harmony Community Trust is a cross community organisation founded in 1975 to promote community relations and social inclusion. It's base is Glebe House, Kilclief, which is approx. 3 miles from Strangford. Harmony Community Trust delivers community relations programmes and activities from it's Glebe House base.
