BEAT CARNIVAL is recruiting an OPERATIONS MANAGER to ensure all aspects of Beat Carnival’s business are run effectively and efficiently (finance, HR, premises, policies). With 31 years of bringing joy, creativity and connection to communities, as Beat's senior leaders retire we’re building a dynamic new senior team to shape and manage the company's future. We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the organisation’s business and underpin our production of vibrant public arts events and programming. The role will maximise operational effectiveness, ensuring long-term sustainability of the organisation.
