MAC (Making A Change) Lead Youth Worker - East Belfast

We are looking for an inspirational Lead Youth Worker to join the MAC 9-18-year-old project within Youth Initiatives. The MAC Project will focus on the personal, social and spiritual development of young people aged 9-18 in East Belfast (Ballymacarrett, Island & Sydenham areas). Through outreach work, weekly programmes, 1-2-1 mentoring, small groups and by linking to other Youth Initiatives projects, participants will have an opportunity for personal and social development. They will also help recruit and build a volunteer leadership team and provide a safe growth environment for young people.
