We are launching a new project for the 2025-26 year which involves us reaching out to the community by way of working with GP Surgeries. This will involve us providing advice, help and support as per our usual realms of advice to patients who are presenting to their GP with issues that cannot be deemed medical. These may include a patient who is suffering from depression and anxiety as a result of the rise in the cost of living, debts, an employment issue, housing problems including issues with landlords, inability to pay rent, relationship breakups etc etc. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation, develop your career and achieve tremendous job satisfaction by making a difference.

CAAND is one of the leading independent advice agencies in Northern Ireland. Formerly know as Citizen's Advice, we have 29 staff and 21 volunteers, providing

advice, information and support to over 10,000 people each year on over 30,000 issues.

We have four offices situated throughout The Ards and North Down Area-Bangor,Newtownards, Holywood and The Ulster Hospital.

At it's core, CAAND has  a very strong Team ethic, with everyone supporting each other to ensure our clients receive the very best advice.
