Qualification

The purpose of these qualifications is to enable learners to coach clients – one to one and in small groups – towards their health and fitness goals. Learners will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to plan and deliver creative and personalised exercise programmes, provide nutritional advice and support clients with their overall lifestyle management. *This Course is completed via Blended Learning (Home Study and Tutorials). *As this is a Practical based qualification you will need to be available to travel to our offices in Queen’s University Belfast, Northern Ireland for practical tutorials and assessments.

This ever popular course is back and some changes have been made to help learners improve their teaching practice. The Level 3 Award is designed for those working towards a teaching/training qualification or for those who don't want to take a qualification but want more information about how to teach/train effectively, for example, in your workplace if you train people as part of your job either in groups or as individuals.
