Benbradagh Community Support

We are offering live activities every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm on our Facebook page that can help viewers of all ages support their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Thus far this has included:

• Metafit,
• Zumba,
• Yoga,
• Laughter Yoga,
• Meditation,
• AMRAP Workouts
• Ball Skill Challenges
• Craft, Cookery, Bakery, Beauty Tutorials

The activities are streamed live to enable people to feel a sense of involvement and to encourage interaction in the comments section and help particpants shape the activity. However for those unable to participate live, the videos remain on our page to be watched back later.

We are also running weekly interactions with our youth groups via zoom range from chats and quizzes to movie nights with children provided with additional activity packs such a arts/crafts, pizza making kits and goodie bags.

Furthermore we have a team of local volunteers sewing fabric face masks which are made available to key workers in our community upon request.

To access this support you can follow our Facebook page Benbradagh Community Support and watch the videos live at 12pm on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays or watch back at a time that suits. These are public so can still be accessed if you do not have Facebook by searching for our page on google or other search engines.

Our weekly youth interactions take place on zoom to take part in these children or their parents/guardians must email youth.bcs@live.com or contact us on 07821549673 to join our database.
