The Lower North Belfast Family Support Hub provides Early Intervention Family Support Services for families with children aged 0-18 and who live in the Lower North Belfast area and who do not have Social Services interventions. These may be in the form of 1-1 family support, counselling, mentoring and a wide range of services to meet an individual family's needs. During the current health crisis the Family Support Hub is still operational but some of our service providers may be providing support in a different way but are still tailoring their service to a family's individual needs.
