Low threshold addiction support, our highly skilled staff team will be maintaining contact with vulnerable people and their families. Solace is open and ready to accept any new referral. Clients will be contacted by phone and advice and support can be delivered on an ongoing basis. During this unprecedented period remember the safer guidelines of 14 units per week for women and men. This should include a number of alcohol free days each week. If you are self- isolating or working from home it can become tempting to drink more than you are used to. The challenge is to find creative and productive coping skills so that we stay fit and healthy. RETHINK! Not drink!
