a) telephone befriending check in and chat and practical support for older people and those living alone.
b) telephone delivered welfare rights advice for people living in Annadale, Ballynafeigh, Belvoir, Cregagh, Donegall Pass, Lower Ormeau, Lisburn Road, Markets, Taughmonagh, Ravenhill, areas in South Belfast.
c) telephone support sessions in relation to talking Therapies (counselling/life-coaching). Two counsellors will accept remote referrals from GPs.

BCDA's Advice Service and Welfare Reform Project can be contacted by ringing team member directly.
They will also coordinate the free legal advice rota.
