Forthspring is offering phone and digital support through two projects: MUMO and Youth Matters.
MUMO: regular posts on Facebook and Instagram with activities carers can do with children; phone support; online exercise classes for adults.
MUMO has a particular focus on children and parents from Springfield Primary School and St. Clare's Primary School Youth Matters: online activities including Senior Youth Club online every Wednesday (7pm-8pm) and Thursday (7.30 pm-8.30 pm).
