We are delivering counselling and mental health support by telephone and online for adults, if you are interested in accessing this service then please email info@eastbelfastcounselling.org or phone 07901 162088. Our VSS Health and Wellbeing Caseworker is providing ongoing support for people with conflict related trauma who may be experiencing isolation and loneliness.
Our Open Door Youth Project has availability for young people 14 - 18 living in East Belfast.
We are still taking referrals to our Open Door youth project. This is open to all young people and parents living within East Belfast. If you want to make a referral please contact 07395321526 to speak to our youth counsellor, or email rachael.morrison@eastbelfastcounselling.org.
You can also call/message this number between 5pm-7pm on a Tuesday evening as a drop in for mental health support, and/or parenting support.
We are planning an online Anxiety Management Drop-in called Eastspace to meet weekly and is a space for people to learn evidence-based tools to reduce symptoms of anxiety.
The group is planning to meet every Thursday starting 7th May from 2.00-3.00pm on the online platform, ZOOM. If you are unsure about using ZOOM, we are also here to help you access it if needed, please email eleanor@eastbelfastcounselling.org or phone 07901162088 if you are interested in joining the Eastspace group
