Currently making 175+ daily calls to service/project beneficiaries, families and carers individuals via phone/WhatsApp - additional capacity available for those isolated in the local community (All staff working remotely); 2 x staff are Law Centre Trained in Advice. Currently seconded P/T to Advice NI for Coronavirus Helpline but could do benefit advice etc in addition to this work (both WFH); Waste Collection service for critical food retailers in local area (cardboard and plastic only).
