Babies are eager for communication and interaction. They enjoy lots of stimulation and contact. Yoga provides stimulation of touch, movement and rhythm, using exercises and song in a relaxed, fun environment. Mums will also benefit from the physical activity. Both mother and baby will benefit from learning to relax together.
