Place: Corrog Wood, Portaferry, BT22 1PW Dates: 1,8,15,22 August 2020 Time: 11-12noon Price: £8 per adult Booking: Essential – online booking only Parking: Some limited road side parking available at Corrog Wood. Dogs: Not suitable for dogs Access: Paths are unsurfaced and can become very muddy or slippery during wet weather. The walk to the yoga clearing will involve some gentle inclines. Extra things to know: You will be asked to fill out a short health questionnaire as part of the booking process - you can therefore only book 1 place. All participants must bring their own yoga mat and a blanket. The yoga is suitable for all abilities and will be mainly stretching and standing poses. It’s not essential to attend all four sessions as they can be booked as drop in sessions. The weather... Our events take place unless there is a safety risk to the public. If it's rainy, please wear layers and keep warm after the event. The yoga session will be adapted to build more warmth in the body if needed. It will be fun! Suitable for over 18s only. HMS Caroline

Join us at HMS Caroline on Thursday 22nd February for a lecture to mark the 100-year anniversary of the ship’s arrival in Belfast. Will Heppa, NMRN Curator of Artefacts, will explore the early history of the Ulster Division of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve and look at HMS Caroline’s crucial role in the Second World War. There will also be an opportunity to see some of the objects featured in the talk on display in the Pump House.
