Human Health Project‘s (HHP) foundation is built upon peer-to-peer health information, education, and support. Learning Disability Pride is Northern Ireland's flagship event celebrating people with a learning disability. First held in Carrickfergus in Spring 2017, this year's event is set to be even bigger and better, and will take place on Saturday 22 June in Carrickfergus. Learning Disability Pride will start with a Carnival Parade to Carrickfergus Castle Car Park where there will be a festival atmosphere with live music, dancing, workshops, arts and crafts , family friendly entertainment and accessible activities.
