Could your organisation benefit from a ‘saintly army of volunteers’? If so why not promote your opportunity to a wide range of employers taking part in the 'Be a Saint Action Day'

A series of four surveys have been carried out with Volunteer Now members between 2009- 2011. The focus has been to monitor the impact of the economic downturn and public expenditure cuts on volunteer involvement and volunteer management practices.

A presentation event has been held in Belfast City Hall to showcase organisations’ investment in volunteers and to recognise excellence in volunteer management in Northern Ireland.

A Volunteer Recognition and Celebration Reception was held in Belfast City Hall to acknowledge volunteers involved in the British Transplant Games which took place during the Summer.
