The Northern Ireland region covers the whole of Northern Ireland, incorporating Derry, Londonderry, Antrim, Tyrone, Fermanagh, Armagh and Down.

• Have spina bifida or hydrocephalus
• Are pregnant and have had a recent diagnosis of spina bifida or anencephaly
• Have a child with spina bifida or hydrocephalus
• Live with or care for someone with these conditions
• Are a professional providing support
