HRD Services Education and Training

HRD Services is an approved Centre with OCN NI and NOCN. We provide Levels 3,4&5 Education and Training Awards/Certificates/Diplomas, Levels 3&4 Assessor Awards/Certificates and Level 4 IQA Qualifications to community organisations in Northern Ireland. PRRT, Charity Groups, Housing Associations and the Fire Service are some of our clients. The Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) courses we provide are offered through a hybrid model, blended through a mix of tutor supported and face to face delivery.

We provide B2B consultancy and qualifications in education and training, assessing and internal verification.

Other qualifications such as personal development and wellbeing, work skills, and coaching are available to community organisations.

OCN Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement TAQA-CAVA

HRD Services Education and Training

The level 3 OCN CAVA Qualification is the full certificate for assessing occupational competence and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding. Delivered online to meet needs in Belfast, Antrim and greater Northern Ireland communities. This qualification is suitable for trainee assessors working in a learning and development capacity e.g. NVQ programmes, apprenticeships, and non regulated frameworks.

The Northern Ireland Awarding Body, OCN accredit the Level 3 RQF Award, the first step for trainers, tutors, assessors to work in an education and training setting. The qualification is suitable for new and existing facilitators and learning and development professionals. Comprising three units, learners will understand the roles and responsibilities, inclusive teaching and learning and assessment.
