Essential criteria:
- An understanding of what it means to provide support in a person-centred way
- Able to demonstrate that you have the skills and attributes required to enhance our clients lives
- The successful applicants will be expected to undertake training up to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Desirable criteria:
- Registered with NISCC.
- Experience in working with clients with complex needs.
- Experience of working in care or support.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
