The Specialist Home Support Worker will work alongside the Project Coordinator to ensure comprehensive assessment of each child's needs accessing the Home Support Service, thus, taking an active part in the planning and development of individualised child centred and family centred support programme.

Comprehensive training and induction will be given to the successful applicant.
Lone working element involved as the role requires you to go and visit the families homes, all applicants must be happy with lone working element.
Essential: Applicants must have full UK Driving Licence and access to a car to meet obligations of the role.
Level 5 qualification and 2 years experience working with children with autism (Paid or voluntary.)
