We are seeking an experienced Learner Support Assistant to join our team who provide high quality education and vocational training to young people attending our Day School. The successful candidate will have a minimum L3 Classroom Assistant qualification. Their primary aim will be to work collaboratively with young people to develop effective learning strategies, plans and approaches which support them to maximise their educational and vocational potential. They will have proven experience of working with young people excluded from mainstream education and/or youth provision (or on the margins of this) who face complex behavioural, learning and development challenges.
