FT Youth Worker (Peace Plus Funded STRIVE Programme)

Reporting to the Senior Youth Work Coordinator, the person will successfully engage young people aged 16-24 using a range of effective youth work methods. They will be experienced in providing both one to one and group work support to young people across a range of themes including good relations, diversity, personal development and 'soft' employability skill building. They will have experience of working effectively with young people on the margins of exclusion from mainstream education, training and youth provision.
