FACT Family Support Worker

A key aim for the Family Support Work will be to maintain an early intervention model in collaboration with the designated school or community organisation to support young people and their families.  The Family Support Workers will target families with children and young people aged 11-18 years who are deemed to be at levels 1 and 2 on the Hardiker Model, i.e families who are experiencing some level of difficulty and who require support on a short term basis.
