Employment Support Officer

The Role:

The overall purpose of the post is to support individuals with mental health needs to sustain their employment through the delivery of a comprehensive support package. In addition, support and assistance will also be provided to employers.

You will have (essential):

• Educated to NVQ, RQF Level 3 or equivalent
• Recent relevant experience of preparing individuals for employment or supporting people in employment.
• Experience of working with people from disadvantaged groups.
• Evidence of developing external networks to support the delivery of a programme / project
• A full current driving licence and access to a car.  Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
