Deputy Creche Leader (April 2025)

The creche at the Waterside Women's Centre has been operational for 30 years.  We are registered with the WHSCT for 10 places and all staff working in the creche are approved by them following their AccessNI.  Our creche has two sessions per day 9.30-11.30am and 12.30 -2.30pm. We work with a range of women in our centre to provide training, education and socialising opportunities and the creche is a vital resource in providing this.

We have 4 staff in the creche and they work flexibly to ensure there is sufficient cover for the 10 weekly sessions.  Join our caring team working in our on-site creche, helping pre-school children to enjoy new play experiences and growing their independence.  A great opportunity to work in a community setting and provide the vital childcare service which allows women to attend our courses/ services. Working with children 3 months - 4 years old.

A leading role in our creche service which supports women with childcare needs to attend courses in our centre and offers a range of child development opportunities for children from 3 months to 4 years old. A vital support to women and children.

In the Centre we offer courses for women ranging from accredited courses that give the participants access to further training and employment and courses that are for personal development and socialising so we have a wide range or women attending every week. 

It's a vibrant place to work and be part of - not much time to be bored!!
